Friday, June 10th, 2011The State Department has issued its July 2011 Visa Bulletin. Check to see whether your priority date is current for any petition your relative or employer may have filed for you, or if it has retrogressed.
It is always advisable to check the priority date(s) before filing an application for permanent residency to ensure that your case will be adjudicated in a timely manner.
